Below is a timeline of an example investment process (most investments will take 4-6 weeks). We will tell you as soon as possible if we are interested and our cheque size, appetite and potential value-add so that we make the most efficient use of entrepreneur time. The rest is up to you.

You reach out and send us an email or deck. We will respond quickly and let you know within 24-72 hours if it's for us and we can begin by scheduling a time to meet up or conference call
T+3-4 Weeks
We will complete initial DD and go to our Investment Committee on a preliminary basis. We will communicate our appetite and final diligence items
T+1 Week
We will hold the introductory meeting within 3-7 days and review any materials you send and prepare our thoughts. You will generally meet 1-2 members of the team in the session
T+4-5 Weeks
We sign a term sheet and begin documentation (we generally get you to prepare final long form documents). Final Q&A including in person sessions are completed
T+2 Weeks
Post the initial meeting, we will get back to you within 2-4 days as to whether or not we are interested in proceeding with data room review and our diligence requirements
T+6-9 Weeks
Congratulations! You just found an investment partner. We join your board and help to grow your business on a hands-on basis within the ICM ecosystem
