Sir Donald brings with him a wealth of expertise, gained as Chairman for a number of listed companies across the technology, public and financial sectors including the London Stock Exchange Group, Smiths Group plc, Royal Mail, and most recently for a nine-year tenure as Chair for FTSE-100 global software leader Sage Group plc. He currently chairs the Fintech businesses Tide and PrimaryBid.
